An apparatus for introducing a liquid into a pharmaceutical container such as a vial, having a puncturable closure, comprising a hollow needle (10) with at least one orifice (15) through the needle side wall (13) being oriented to direct liquid flowing along the bore in a direction having a component parallel to the flow direction, with a vent groove (24) in its outer surface. A preferred construction of needle and a process for making it are disclosed.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'introduction d'un liquide dans un récipient pharmaceutique tel qu'un flacon à opercule perçable consistant en une aiguille creuse (10) présentant: un orifice (15) percé dans sa paroi latérale (13) et orienté pour diriger le liquide traversant le canal de l'aiguille dans une direction dont une composante est parallèle à la direction de l'écoulement; ainsi qu'un sillon évent (24) formé à sa surface extérieure. L'invention porte également sur la forme préférée de l'aiguille et son procédé de fabrication.
