The device for ionophoresis combines a donor electrode assembly, a counter electrode assembly and a generator of electricity. The donor assembly comprises a primary reservoir element (11) containing the active principle and a secondary reservoir element (20) containing a neutral electrolyte, these reservoir elements being separated by a semipermeable membrane (17) in polymer material in contact with each of them, and an electrode (6) in contact with the secondary reservoir element. The polymer material of the membrane (17) consists at least in a polyetherblocamide with an <o>M</o>n between 10000 and 300000 and containing by weight, 35 % to 90 % of polyamide sequences. The invention is applicable to the transcutaneous administration of active principles to a subject with improved efficiency.
Le dispositif d'ionophorèse associe un ensemble électrode donneur, un ensemble de contre-électrode et un générateur de courant électrique. L'ensemble donneur comporte un élément réservoir primaire (11) renfermant le principe actif et un élément réservoir secondaire (20) contenant un électrolyte indifférent, ces éléments réservoirs étant séparés par une membrane (17) semi-perméable en un matériau polymère en contact avec chacun d'eux, et une électrode (6) en contact avec l'élément réservoir secondaire. Le matériau polymère de la membrane (17) consiste en au moins un polyétherblocamide ayant une Mn comprise entre 10 000 et 300 000 et renfermant, en poids, 35 % à 90 % de séquences polyamides. Applications à l'administration transcutanée de principes actifs à un sujet avec une efficacité améliorée.
