The invention relates to a device for measuring length and depth which can be used in surgery. Said device comprises A) two longitudinal, telescopic parts (1, 2) coaxially arranged in relation to the longitudinal axis (4); B) the second part (2) comprises a frontal end (22) and a central hole (20) extending through the second part (2) in a coaxial manner and the frontal end (22) can be applied to the surface of a bone; C) the first part (1) can be displaceably arranged in the central hole (20) of the second part (2) in a coaxial manner with respect to the longitudinal axis thereof (4) and a front part (3) comprises a tip (14) and said front part (3) can be introduced into a hole (40) in a bone (41) in such a manner that the tip (14) protrudes from the counter cortical substance of the bone (43); D) the first part (1) comprises displaceable stopping elements (27) having a hook (6) which can be inserted into or respectively retracted on the tip (14) of the front part (3) in a transversal manner in relation to the longitudinal axis (4).

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mesure de longueur et de profondeur utilisé en chirurgie, se caractérisant en ce que: A) deux parties (1; 2) longitudinales et télescopables sont disposées de façon coaxiale avec un axe longitudinal (4); B) la seconde partie (2) comprend une extrémité avant (22) et un orifice central (20) traversant la seconde partie (2) de façon coaxiale, et l'extrémité avant (22) peut être appliquée contre la surface d'un os; C) la première partie (1) peut être glissée dans l'orifice central (20) de la seconde partie (2) de façon coaxiale avec l'axe longitudinal (4) et présente une partie avant (3) dotée d'une pointe (14), ladite partie avant (3) pouvant être introduite dans un orifice (40) pratiqué dans un os (41) de sorte que la pointe (14) dépasse de la contre-corticale (43) vers l'extérieur; D) la première partie (1) comprend des éléments d'arrêt (27) mobiles dotés d'un crochet (6) qui peut être inséré ou respectivement retiré contre la pointe (14) de la partie avant (3) transversalement à l'axe longitudinal (4).
