The invention concerns a device for locking/unlocking a pressure cooker with lug-bayonet type closure comprising: stop means rotating on the lid (3) relative to the bowl, arranged such that the lid (3) and the bowl are locked in rotation in the rotational direction corresponding to the appliance closure; means for relatively locking (10) the lid (3) and the bowl mounted mobile on the appliance by the action of control means capable of being actuated by the user, between at least an unlocking position and at least a locking position. The invention is characterised in that the locking means (10) are mounted mobile in translation along the bowl wall (1A) in the zone between the ramps so that in locking position it is flush with the lateral edge of a ramp of the bowl (2). The invention is applicable to pressure cookers.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage d'un appareil de cuisson sous pression à fermeture à baïonnettes comportant: un moyen de butée en rotation du couvercle (3) relativement à la cuve, disposé pour que le couvercle (3) et la cuve soient bloqués en rotation dans le sens de rotation correspondant à la fermeture de l'appareil, un moyen de verrouillage (10) relatif du couvercle (3) et de la cuve monté mobile sur l'appareil sous l'action d'un moyen de commande susceptible d'être actionné par l'utilisateur, entre au moins une position de déverrouillage et au moins une position de verrouillage, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de verrouillage (10) est monté mobile en translation le long de la paroi 1(A) de cuve dans la zone de l'entre-rampes pour qu'en position de verrouillage il soit en position d'affleurement contre le bord latéral d'une rampe de cuve (2).
