Device for making R hole (1) in the ground (2), which device comprises a drilling head (3) with a body (24) provided with at least one passage (29, 30) for rinsing fluid, means (34, 35) for loosening the ground (2) which are mounted on the body (24) and at least two pipes (6, 7, 8, 9), namely a first pipe (7) for fluid under pressure which is connected to the means (34, 35) for loosening the ground and a second pipe (6) for rinsing fluid which connects to the passage (29), characterized in that it comprises a bundle (4) of more than two pipes (6 to 9) for fluid located inside a protective casing (5) and the body (24) shows a venturi (26) for achieving a suction effect for the evacuation of the rinsing fluid with loosened ground.
