Abstract of the Disclosure A device is disclosed for massaging extremities of the body to activate blood flow. The device consists of consecutive, annular, mutually connected elastic jacket bags disposed to encircle the leg. The bags are pressurized consecutively by pressure air to cause a massaging effect. The invention avoids the drawback of complex valve systems used in prior art. An intermediate chamber defined between the jacket bags of the present invention and the foot are also connected to the pressure air source and can be pressurized to develop a pressure wave which provides massaging effect and also aids in removing air from the previously pressurized jacket bags whose discharge is now open. Similarly, when the bags are re-pressurized, a discharge port of the intermediate space is open whereby the gradial repressurizing of the bags gradually compresses the intermediate chamber forcing air to flow out through the open discharge.
