Sometimes we need to be sure that the maximum allowable load of a vehicle has not been exceeded, or that the load is between permitted limits. Sometimes we want to be sure that the weight of a vehicle has not been altered while unattended; differences in load show us that either a weight has been added (a bomb in case of a terrorist attack), or that weight has been removed (possible theft). This invention creates the passibility to measure/monitor the differences in the vehicle weight and/or measure the vehicle weight without using a scales. The device employs sensors whose signals are analysed by a microprocessor and the result is displayed on a portable remote unit which is carried by the authorised person.
