The present invention is a device for measuring and repairing broken pipes, which comprises a string mounted to a flexible elongated body and which is connected over a tape allowing to pull the tape outside for take the dimension of pipe; an elastic band mounted onto the tape allows the return of tape inside flexible elongated body; a circular part member mounted onto the flexible elongated body allows to rest the device againt the pipe it doesn't matter its position into the pipe and to take an exact reading; and a level is connected in a conventional fashion into a hole formed therein to one end of flexible elongated body, which allows to know the position of device inside of pipe by the use of a video camera mounted to flexible elongated body by the fastening means formed therein, which allows to visualize the position of the device inside of pipe and take the dimension of pipe.
