The invention concerns a device (10) for the qualitative or quantitative measurement of a magnetically labelled analyte (12). The device (10) includes a coil arrangement (13, 18) for measuring the analyte (12) from a sample absorbed in a test base (11). The coil arrangement includes at least one measuring coil (13) and a reference coil arranged in connection with it. From the signal of the coil arrangement (13, 18) a change in inductance correlating to the content of the magnetically labelled analyte (12) is arranged to be detected. The change in inductance is arranged to be detected from a change (.DELTA.A, .DELTA..phi.) in amplitude and/or phase appearing in the output signal (32) of the coil arrangement (13, 18), which is arranged to be measured at the frequency of the input signal (31). In addition, the invention also relates to a corresponding method.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) pour la mesure qualitative ou quantitative d'une substance à analyser (12) marquée magnétiquement. Le dispositif (10) comprend un arrangement de bobines (13, 18) servant à mesurer la substance à analyser (12) à partir d'un échantillon absorbé dans une base de test (11). L'arrangement de bobines comprend au moins une bobine de mesure (13) et une bobine de référence connectée à la bobine de mesure. À partir du signal de l'arrangement de bobines (13, 18), une modification de l'inductance étant corrélée au contenu de la substance à analyser (12) marquée magnétiquement peut être détectée. La modification de l'inductance peut être détectée à partir d'un changement (.DELTA.A, .DELTA..phi.) d'amplitude et/ou de phase apparaissant dans le signal de sortie (32) de l'arrangement de bobines (13, 18), que l'on mesurer à la fréquence du signal d'entrée (31). De plus, l'invention concerne également un procédé correspondant.
