In connection with the various working operations in the production of furs, a not inconsiderable amount of manual labour is involved in the handling of the pelt boards or expansion pelt boards between the various work processes, which in accordance with modern production of furs is mechanised. In order to make the production of furs more profitable, it is necessary to reduce the above- mentioned manual labour to a minimum. There is thus disclosed a device (2) for performing a complete or partial emp- tying/filling of a drying aggregate (4) for upstanding expansion pelt boards (8), with or without taned, or taned and dried pelts), to one or more suitable receiving stations (10, 12, 14) for further transport and/or handling, which comprises a gripping element (18) which can be activated for displacement, the movements of which are controlled by a control unit (68) so that upstanding expansion pelt boards (8) with or without taned, dried pelts, are transferred automatically in upstanding position from the surface (6) of the drying aggregate to a relevant receiving point (10, 12, 14) for further handling and transport.
Les diverses opérations de traitement mises en oeuvre dans la production de fourrures impliquent une quantité considérable de travail manuel dans la manutention des panneaux de pelleterie ou des panneaux de pelleterie extensibles entre les divers processus de traitement qui, selon la production moderne de fourrures, sont mécanisés. Afin d'augmenter la rentabilité de la production de fourrures, il est nécessaire de diminuer le travail manuel susmentionné à un minimum. Cette invention concerne donc un dispositif (2) conçu pour réaliser un vidage/remplissage partiel ou complet d'un agrégat séchant (4) pour panneaux de pelleterie extensibles érigés (8) (avec ou sans peaux tannées ou tannées et séchées), au niveau d'au moins un poste de réception approprié (10, 12, 14) destiné au transport et/ou à la manutention. Le dispositif comprend un élément de préhension (18) pouvant être activé pour être déplacé, les mouvements dudit élément étant commandés par un module de commande (68) de manière que des panneaux de peau extensibles érigés (6) avec ou sans peaux tannées, séchées sont transférés automatiquement en position érigée de la surface (6) de l'agrégat séchant à un point de réception important (10, 12, 14) à des fins de manutention et de transport ultérieurs.
