The invention relates to a device for perineum reeducation that comprises an applicator, respectively an endocavitary (100) or annular (100) one, locally bearing a charge electrode (104, 105) and at least one stimulation electrode (101, 102) respectively at the periphery or on the inner face thereof, and which comprises at least one energy storage unit rechargeable via the charge electrode (104, 105), the applicator (100, 100) including at least one microprocessor for executing an electrostimulation program, characterised in that the applicator (100, 100) is controlled by a control module (200) in the form of a remote control connected to the applicator (100, 100) by a wireless communication link and including a user interface enabling the user to enter operation data for the applicator (100, 100) and a control unit for controlling the applicator (100, 100) by sending commands thereto, the applicator (100, 100) being capable of receiving commands for modifying the stimulation intensity during the operation thereof and for modifying the current operation thereof based on said commands.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de rééducation périnéale comprenant un applicateur, respectivement endocavitaire (100) ou annulaire (100'), supportant localement une électrode de charge (104,105) et, respectivement à sa périphérie ou sur sa face interne, au moins une électrode de stimulation (101,102) et incluant au moins une unité de stockage d'énergie rechargeable grâce à l'électrode de charge (104,105), l'applicateur (100,100') comprenant au moins un microprocesseur pour exécuter un programme d'électrostimulation, caractérisé en ce que l'applicateur (100,100') est commandé avec un module de commande (200) se présentant sous la forme d'une télécommande reliée à l'applicateur (100,100') par une liaison de communication sans fil et comprenant une interface utilisateur pour permettre à l'utilisateur de saisir des données de fonctionnement de l'applicateur (100,100') et une unité de contrôle pour contrôler l'applicateur (100,100') en envoyant des commandes vers celle-ci, l'applicateur (100, 100') étant apte à recevoir des commandes de modification d'intensité de stimulation lors de son fonctionnement et à modifier son fonctionnement en cours en fonction de ces commandes.
