Abstract of the Disclosure A device for pre-folding the closure of a folded box in which oppositely spaced forked folding elements not only carry out the pre-folding operation, but also the same elements re-open the closure at the end of the pre-folding operation so that the box opening is clear for filling and the box need not be held by special apparatus when the back up support ram is withdrawn.
