The invention relates to a device for preparing specimens for a cryo-electron microscope, comprising an environmental chamber, a holder for a sample or a carrier, and at least one blotting element to which a medium for absorbing liquid is or can be attached, both disposed in the environmental chamber, and a cooling medium for cooling down said sample. The said blotting element can be moved towards the sample or carrier in a controlled manner.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de préparer des échantillons destinés à un microscope cryoélectronique, comprenant un caisson climatique, un support pour un échantillon ou un véhicule, et au moins un élément de transfert auquel est/peut être relié un milieu pouvant absorber du liquide, tous deux placés à l'intérieur du caisson climatique, et un milieu de refroidissement permettant de refroidir l'échantillon. L'élément de transfert peut être déplacé de manière régulée dans la direction de l'échantillon ou du véhicule.
