PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: Dispositif pour le traitement des produits laitiers com- prenant un tank à double paroi, pourvu d'une hélice disposée sui- vant un axe vertical produisant un déplacement vertical de la ma- tière à traiter, et un échangeur thermique prévu sur le fond et sur la paroi latérale de ce tank. L'échangeur thermique est réa- lisé à partir d'éléments en tôle plane ou pliée, soudés sur la paroi intérieure du tank, du côté extérieur. Cette réalisation s'obtient en soudant une bande continue, verticale, sur le fond du réservoir, cette bande étant disposée selon une spirale de pas constant.
