The invention relates to a device for the production of an angle 56 for connecting a fuselage cell skin 3 to an annular former 1 and/or a stringer 2, 66 inside a fuselage cell structure of an aircraft, the angle 56 taking place by the one-step deformation of an initially planar blank 6 along at least three fold lines 11-13 in a uniaxial compression moulding device comprising a lower die and an upper die 34, 50, and the blank 6 being formed from a fibre- reinforced thermoplastic plastics material. According to the invention, a mounting frame 18 with hinges 23-25 is arranged between the lower die 34 and the upper die 50, the blank 6 to be deformed being accommodated along the edges preferably by means of a plurality of peripherally arranged (tension) springs 27. As a result, a deformation of the blank 6 into an auto-stabilised angle 56 is possible in one step while simultaneously ensuring interlaminar slide. Due to the constructively conditioned auto- stabilisation of the angle 56, additional components which increase the weight and the assembly effort (so-called "stabilos") in the connection region between fuselage cell skin 3, stringers 1 and annular formers 2 inside a fuselage cell structure of an aircraft are unnecessary. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for the production of a component of this type, in particular an auto-stabilised angle 56, by means of the device in a simple, one-step compression moulding device, and also relates to a component of this type.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de production d'une équerre de suspension (56) destinée à fixer une enveloppe de cabine de fuselage (3) à un couple annulaire (1) et/ou une lisse (2, 66) située à l'intérieur d'une structure de cabine du fuselage d'un aéronef, l'équerre de suspension (56) étant fabriquée par simple déformation d'une pièce découpée (6) plate au début, le long d'au moins trois lignes de pliage (141-13) dans une presse à axe simple comportant une matrice inférieure et supérieure (34, 50), et la pièce découpée (6) est fabriquée dans un matériau synthétique thermoplastique renforcé par des fibres. Selon l'invention, une rame (18) comportant des charnières, est placée entre la matrice inférieure (34) et la matrice supérieure (50), la pièce découpée (6) à former étant placée de manière périphérique dans la rame (18) de préférence au moyen d'une pluralité de ressorts (27) de tension périphériques. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production dudit composant, en particulier une équerre de suspension (56) auto-stabilisée, comprenant l'utilisation dudit dispositif dans une presse à course unique, simple ainsi que le composant ainsi obtenu.
