ABSTRACT The invention relates to a device for the construction of a dental working model for the production of denture work, consisting of a one-piece base for the model and a hollow space which corresponds to the shape of the jaw and widens in an upward direction, having ribs on its inner surfaces which form retention marks on the plaster model, the base in direction of the hollow space being completely open at the top and bottom, the cross-section of the ribs being wedge-shaped, and rising ramp-like from the upper edge to the lower edge of the hollow space.
