The invention relates to a device for producing blown films, comprising an extrusion device generating a tubular film (1) and a flattening device, associated with the tubular film (1), having two flattening elements, arranged on diametrically opposite zones of the tubular film (1) and adjustable in relation to each other at an acute angle, for transforming the cross-section of the tubular film (1), which is first circular, then oval, to a double-layer film web. The device further comprises a pair of draw-off rolls (5), mounted downstream of the flattening device, for drawing off the film web. The invention is characterized in that guide blades (27) are interposed between the flattening elements and enclose the edge fold of the tubular film (1) which is formed when the tubular film (1) is flattened.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de réalisation de films de soufflage comprenant un dispositif d'extrusion produisant un film tubulaire, et un dispositif d'application à plat associé au film tubulaire et comprenant deux éléments d'application à plat disposés dans des zones diamétralement opposées du film tubulaire, qui peuvent être réglés pour former un angle aigu l'un par rapport à l'autre et qui servent à faire passer la section tout d'abord circulaire du film tubulaire à des sections ovales pour finalement former un film plan double, et une paire de cylindres d'étirage en aval du dispositif d'application à plat, servant à étirer le film plan, des ailettes directrices se trouvant entre les éléments d'application à plat, lesdites ailettes enveloppant le bord replié du film tubulaire qui se forme lors de l'application à plat de celui-ci.
