A device for producing film rolls (24), which is in particular suitable for producing coreless film rolls, comprises a roll holder (10) for receiving a film roll (12) comprising a film sheet (14) to be wound off. The film sheet (14) is wound up to a winding mandrel (20) for producing the preferably coreless film roll (24). For producing in particular a coreless film roll (24) the winding mandrel comprises a plurality of radially displaceable holding segments (50) extending in longitudinal direction of the winding mandrel (20). After transfer of the winding mandrel (20), together with the wound-up film roll (24), to a transport means (32), the winding mandrel is transported to a delivery station (46). The delivery station serving for automatically delivering the wound-up film roll (24) from the winding mandrel (20) comprises a displacement means with the aid of which the holding elements (50) of the winding mandrel (20) are displaced into a delivery position. In this delivery position the outer diameter of the winding mandrel is smaller such that the film roll (24) is delivered from the winding mandrel (20) and falls onto a transport belt (60).
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour la production de rouleaux de film (24), qui convient particulièrement à la production de rouleaux de film sans mandrin. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend un élément de fixation de rouleau (10) servant à recevoir un rouleau de film (12) présentant une bande de film à dérouler (14). La bande de film (14) est enroulée sur un mandrin d'enroulement (20) afin de produire un rouleau de film (24) de préférence sans mandrin. Pour produire un rouleau de film (24) notamment sans mandrin, le mandrin d'enroulement comprend plusieurs éléments de maintien (50) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal du mandrin d'enroulement (20) et mobiles radialement. Après la transmission à un dispositif de transport (32) du mandrin d'enroulement (20) sur lequel le rouleau de film (24) est enroulé, le mandrin est transporté à une station de décharge (46). La station de décharge, qui sert à la libération automatique du rouleau de film enroulé (24) du mandrin d'enroulement (20), comprend un dispositif de déplacement grâce auquel les élément de maintien (50) du mandrin d'enroulement (20) sont déplacés sur une position de libération. Le diamètre extérieur du mandrin d'enroulement est inférieur dans cette position de libération, de sorte que le rouleau de film (24) est libéré du mandrin d'enroulement (20) et tombe sur une bande transporteuse (60).
