The invention concerns a device for producing hot water comprising at least a burner (13) arranged to produce a rapid combustion inside the combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is formed by a sealed container (14) delimiting an internal volume separated from the water so as to allow a dry combustion. Said container (14) is immersed in a water section (12) and is extended by at least a smoke gas diffuser (15) diffusing the smoke gases above the water section within a mass of water showered by spraying means (10). A layer of nodules (11) can be interposed on the path of the smoke gases and the sprayed water so as to increase the thermal exchange generated, by direct contact between the smoke gases and the water spray, and by conduction between the container (14) and the water section (12). The invention enables to achieve excellent thermal efficiency levels while producing smoke gases with a reduced CO ratio.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de production d'eau chaude du type comprenant au moins un brûleur (13) agencé pour produire une combustion vive à l'intérieur d'une chambre de combustion. La chambre de combustion est formée par un conteneur étanche (14) délimitant un volume interne à l'abri de l'eau afin d'autoriser une combustion sèche. Ce conteneur (14) est immergé dans un compartiment d'eau (12) et est prolongé par au moins un diffuseur de gaz brûlés (15) qui diffuse les gaz brûlés au-dessus du compartiment d'eau au coeur d'une masse d'eau déversée en pluie par des moyens de pulvérisation (10). Une couche (11) de nodules peut être interposée sur le trajet des gaz brûlés et de l'eau pulvérisée afin d'accroître l'échange thermique produit, d'une part, par contact direct gaz brûlés/eau pulvérisée, d'autre part, par conduction conteneur (l4)/eau du compartiment (12). L'invention permet d'atteindre d'excellents rendements thermiques tout en produisant des gaz brûlés ayant un taux de CO réduit.
