The invention relates to a device for producing, in a TFP method, a fibre preform (7) provided with an almost any surface geometry, wherein a fibre strand (4) is placeable on a support layer (6) with the aid of a guiding means (1) along an almost any trajectory curve and said fibre strand (4) is fixable to said support layer (6) by means of a fixing thread with the aid of a sewing head (2). The support layer (6) is positionable in an xy direction with respect to the guiding means (1) and the sewing head (2), which are positionable in a z direction. The inventive device structural design is relatively simple due to different possibilities of positioning the support layer (6) (xy direction), the guiding means (1), the sewing head (2) and a lower thread guid (3) (z direction). The inventive device makes it possible in particular to produce the fibre preforms (7) for cap-shaped composite components, which are in particular, used in the form of pressure bulkheads for aircraft cabins exhibiting nearly optimal properties.
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour produire une ébauche fibreuse (7) présentant une géométrie superficielle plus ou moins quelconque au cours d'un procédé TFP. Selon l'invention, un brin de fibre (4) peut être déposé sur une couche de support (6), à l'aide d'un moyen de guidage (1), selon une trajectoire plus ou moins quelconque, et ce brin de fibre (4) peut être fixé sur cette couche de support (6) à l'aide d'au moins un fil de fixation, par l'intermédiaire d'une tête de couture (2). La couche de support (6) peut être positionnée dans une direction xy par rapport au moyen de guidage (1) et à la tête de couture (2), ladite tête de couture (2) et le moyen de guidage (1) pouvant être positionnés dans la direction z. Le dispositif selon l'invention présente une structure relativement simple en raison des différentes possibilités de positionnement de la couche de support (6) (direction xy) et du moyen de guidage (1), de la tête de couture (2), et du guide-fil inférieur (3) (direction z). Le dispositif selon l'invention permet en particulier de produire des ébauches fibreuses (7) pour des structures composites en forme de calotte, qui peuvent notamment être utilisées en tant que cloisons de pressurisation pour des cabines d'aéronef, avec des propriétés quasi-optimales.
