A device for producing pressed articles with a main cylindrically-shaped element and a secondary helically-shaped element from powdered material, especially powdered metal, with a female mold and with at least one top punch, which is supported so as to be rotatable about its longitudinal axis, and at least one bottom punch, which is supported so as to be rotatable about its longitudinal axis. The top and bottom punches, are movable axially relative to the female mold by means of motor drives and the top punch, of which there is at least one, is driven in rotation about its longitudinal axis to achieve a helical movement in addition to its axial drive the bottom punch, of which there is air least one, is also driven in rotation. Rotary motor drives of the punches are mechanically uncoupled from the drives for the axial movement of the punches and may be regulated separately by an electronic control.
Un dispositif sert à produire des comprimés constitués d'éléments principaux cylindriques et d'éléments secondaires hélicoïdaux à partir d'un matériau pulvérulent, notamment d'une poudre métallique. Le dispositif comprend une matrice (1), au moins un poinçon supérieur (2) tournant autour de son axe longitudinal et au moins un poinçon inférieur (3) rotatif autour de son axe longitudinal. Les poinçons supérieur et inférieur (2 et 3) peuvent être déplacés par un moteur dans le sens axial par rapport à la matrice (1) et le poinçon supérieur (2) peut être mis en rotation autour de son axe longitudinal en même temps qu'il est déplacé dans le sens axial, de manière à décrire un mouvement hélicoïdal. L'invention se caractérise en ce qu'il est prévu une commande électronique (8), en ce que le poinçon inférieur (3) est lui aussi mis en rotation et en ce que les moteurs de mise en rotation des poinçons (2, 3) sont mécaniquement désaccouplés des moteurs d'entraînement axial des poinçons (2, 3) et peuvent être séparément régulés par la commande (8).
