In the device for producing a ring core, a drop-through blanking die constituting a rotor core production line is used to mold a ring core by laminating a plurality of split core plates while arranging them in a ring shape. The dropthrough blanking die consists of a rotary mechanism for rotating the split core plates thus laminated through a predetermined angle, an inner guide member being arranged on the inner circumferential side of the split core plates laminated in a ring shape, and an outer guide member being arranged on the outer circumferential side of the split core plates. While the split core plates are supported by any one of the inner guide member and the outer guide member, a pressure is imparted to the split core plates by the other.

L'outil de décapage à goutte (46) est constitué d'un mécanisme rotatif (55) permettant de faire tourner les plaques à noyau séparées (12, 16) ainsi stratifiées suivant un angle prédéterminé, un élément de guidage intérieur (62) disposé sur le côté circonférentiel intérieur des plaques à noyau séparées (12, 16) stratifiées suivant une forme annulaire, et un élément de guidage extérieur (58) disposé sur le côté circonférentiel extérieur des plaques à noyau séparées (12, 16). Tandis que les plaques à noyau séparées (12, 16) sont supportées par l'un ou l'autre élément parmi l'élément de guidage intérieur (62) et l'élément de guidage extérieur (58), une pression est exercée sur les plaques à noyau séparées (12, 16) par l'autre élément.
