The invention relates to a device for production of a drink such as coffee by infusion of a product contained within a cartridge (2). The device comprises an infusion chamber into which said cartridge (2) can be introduced and comprising two parts (3,4) which may be brought together or apart in order to open or close the infusion chamber. According to the invention, only one of said parts may rotate such as to locate the cartridge (2) within said part, whereby the rotating part (3) may also move in translation to open or close the infusion chamber and the above comprises a common operating means for the translation movement and the translation movement of the mobile part (3). Said operating means comprises a rotating operating shaft (13), coupled to the mobile part (3) by at least one rod (14a, 14b) pivotably mounted between said operating shaft (13) and said mobile part (3).

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de production de boisson tel du café par infusion d'un produit contenu dans une dosette (2). Ce dispositif comporte une chambre d'infusion apte à recevoir une telle dosette (2) et comprenant deux parties (3,4) configurées pour être rapprochées ou éloignées pour fermer ou ouvrir la chambre d'infusion. Selon l'invention, l'une seulement des parties a une mobilité en rotation apte à mettre en butée la dosette (2) dans ladite partie, que la partie mobile (3) en rotation a une mobilité en translation pour ouvrir ou fermer la chambre d'infusion, et qu'il comporte un moyen d'entraînement commun pour la mobilité en translation et la mobilité en translation de la partie mobile (3), ledit moyen d'entraînement comportant un arbre d'entraînement (13) rotatif couplé à la partie mobile (3) par au moins une biellette (14a, 14b) montée pivotante entre ledit arbre d'entraînement (13) et ladite partie mobile (3).
