A device for protecting lifting inserts having a tubular body during embedding in a concrete component, comprising an elastically deformable element insertable in the axial end of the tubular body of the lifting insert directed toward the outside of the prefabricated component engageable for lifting the prefabricated component. The elastically deformable element occupies an axial portion of the tubular body starting from axial end. The device comprises expansion elements, which act on the elastically deformable element to cause a radial expansion thereof through the elastically deformable element engaging whereby the inside walls of the tubular body to prevent infiltration of concrete through the axial end of the tubular body of the lifting insert.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de protection d'inserts de levage à corps tubulaire pendant leur encastrement dans un composant en béton préfabriqué. Ledit dispositif comprend un composant élastiquement déformable insérable dans l'extrémité axiale du corps tubulaire de l'insert de levage orienté vers l'extérieur du composant préfabriqué que l'on peut engager pour lever celui- ci. Le composant élastiquement déformable occupe une portion axiale du corps tubulaire à partir de son extrémité axiale. Ce dispositif comprend des éléments de dilatation exerçant une action sur le composant élastiquement déformable et l'amenant à se dilater dans l'axe radial sous l'action du composant élastiquement déformable qui s'y engage, de sorte que le béton ne peut s'infiltrer dans l'extrémité axiale du corps tubulaire de l'insert de levage.
