ABSTRACT There is described a device for perfuming ambient air or enclosed spaces comprising a chamber having at least one wall of polymeric material enabling the vapours of the active fragrant substance to diffuse into the environment, the polymeric wall thereof being covered with a thin paper layer covered with a sheet of polymeric material to which there adheres a sheet of protective material which is impermeable to the vapours of the active substance. A device of this type offers the advantage of ensuring storage without loss of the active substance for extended periods of time before use.
