The present invention relates to a device for thermally quenching and tempering at least part of the cross section along the longitudinal extension of profiled rolling stock that is manufactured in sequence using the heat from rolling mills. In order to achieve high quality and good use qualities for the rolling stock that is throughput at high yield by the thermal quenching and tempering device, using rolling heat from the rolling trains, the present invention stipulates that the rolling table (1) has a device for positioning the rolling stock (S) that is delivered in the longitudinal direction, and associated alignment means (2); that the quenching and tempering device (3) is formed from at least two liquid-cooling devices (31, 32) that are adjacent to each other and have manipulators (311, 311') for moving the rolling stock (S); that adjacent and parallel to the longitudinal dimension of the liquid-cooling devices there is the set-down area (41) of the cooling bed (4); and that the cross transport means (5) has at least two carrier arms (51) that can move simultaneously between the rollers of the rolling table, each such carrier arm having rolling stock support surfaces at its end.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de trempe et revenu thermique au moins en partie de la section transversale sur la longueur d'un laminé profilé produit en séquence à partir de la chaleur de laminage. L'invention vise à obtenir une grande qualité et de bonnes propriétés d'emploi du laminé obtenu à haut rendement par le dispositif de trempe et revenu thermique en utilisant la chaleur de laminage des trains de laminoir. Pour ce faire, la table à rouleaux (1) présente un équipement de positionnement du laminé (S) avancé dans le sens de la longueur et un moyen d'alignement (2) associé. Le dispositif à tremper (3) est constitué d'au moins deux dispositifs de refroidissement à liquide (31, 32) juxtaposés dotés de manipulateurs (311, 311') destinés au déplacement du laminé (S). La zone de pose (41) du refroidisseur se situe à côté des dispositifs de refroidissement à liquide et parallèlement à leur longueur. Le moyen de transport transversal (5) possède au moins deux bras porteurs (51) qui se déplacent simultanément entre les rouleaux de table à rouleaux et sont respectivement dotés à leur extrémité de supports de laminé (52).
