68200-71 ABSTRACT The device includes a pair of ring-shaped retaining elements (3 and 4) which can be turned one with regard to the other. One of these ring-shaped retaining elements (4) has a recess (25) of a width corresponding to that of the tool (15). The other ring-shaped retaining element (3) is provided with an inner toothed rim (8). The inner side (10) of the ring-shaped retaining element (3) as well as the inner toothed rim (8) have several bores (11 and 12) designed to receive studs (13 and 16) provided on the lateral sides of the tools (15) for the purpose of fastening the latter. After the relative revolution of the ring-shaped retaining elements (3 and 4), the tools (15) are enclosed between the latter.
