The invention concerns a device for frequency tuning for a microwave tube with one or several resonant cavities (2) to be tuned, using, for each of them a movable tuning element (5). This device comprises for each tuning element (5), actuating means (20, 24) and a sensor (21) of the position of the tuning element (5). Control electronic means (34) are provided for comparing the position of the tuning element (5) supplied by the sensor (21) to a reference position and for delivering a control signal to the actuating means (20, 24) which move the tuning element (5) to the reference position. The invention is useful for microwave tubes particularly klystrons.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'accord en fréquence pour tube hyperfréquence ayant une ou plusieurs cavités (2) résonantes à accorder, à l'aide, pour chacune d'elle d'un élément d'accord (5) déplaçable. Ce dispositif comporte pour chaque élément d'accord (5), des moyens d'actionnement (20, 24) et un capteur (21) de la position de l'élément d'accord (5). Des moyens électroniques de commande (34) sont prévus pour comparer la position de l'élément d'accord (5) fournie par le capteur (21) à une position de consigne et pour délivrer un signal de commande aux moyens d'actionnement (20, 24) qui déplacent l'élément d'accord (5) jusqu'à la position de consigne. Applications au tubes hyperfréquences notamment les klystrons.
