A device for rapidly accessing circulating blood by simplifying the positioning and withdrawal of extracorporeal surrogate-type circulatory support systems. The device consists of an implantable member (1) comprising a rigid tubular structure (2) with a textured polyester rim (3) allowing suturing in anatomical structures and containing an elastomeric diaphragm (4) with slots for the insertion of a plastic-tipped plastic cannula (5) provided with a nut and surrounded by a removable flexible elastomeric tube (6) joining said member (1) to the patient's skin. The tube (6) is provided with a rigid cylindrical plastic portion (7) with a polyester rim (8), as well as a protective sealing plastic cap (9).

Il s'agit d'un dispositif pour accès rapide à la circulation, lequel facilite l'installation et la retraite des systèmes de support circulatoire des types substitutifs extracorporels. Le dispositif est constitué d'une pièce implantable (1) constituée d'une structure rigide tubulaire (2), munie d'un rebord en polyester texturisé (3) qui sert à lasuture dans les structures anatomiques et contient un diaphragme (4) d'élastomère, avec fentes pour permettre le passage d'une cannule en plastique (5) avec pointe en plastique, munie d'un écrou, laquelle est entourée par un tube amovible flexible (6) d'élastomère, qui relie la pièce (1) avec la peau du patient; ce tube (6), équipé d'un segment cylindrique en plastique rigide (7) avec un rebord en polyester (8) est équipé aussi si d'un bouchon en plastique (9) de protection et d'isolement.
