The invention relates to a device for receiving and conveying molded parts (7) in order to especially permit the removal of plastic molded parts (7) produced in injection molding machines from the cavities, and to permit the transport of said molded parts through a number of work stations without the use of separate handling systems. According to the invention, rotating transfer frames (9) are provided from which retaining elements (8) originate. The retaining elements reach into the cavity and lock with the tool (4, 5) in a tight manner. The tool is connected to the retaining part (8) during injection molding of the molded part (7) and is thus fixed in the transfer frame (9) for transport to addition work stations. The molded part (7) is removed from the retaining elements (8) at the end of the transport section. In a modification, the molded part is shaped on a rotating cable directly or via intermediate pieces, or is shaped on a chain conveyor or on rods mounted on a cable.
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour recevoir et transporter des pièces moulées (7), servant en particulier au retrait, des cavités, de pièces moulées (7) en matière plastique, produites sur des machines de moulage par injection, et au transport de ces pièces moulées à travers plusieurs postes de travail, sans systèmes de manutention séparés. Selon l'invention, le dispositif comprend des châssis de transfert circulant (9) d'où partent des éléments de retenue (8) qui s'étendent jusque dans la cavité et effectuent une fermeture étanche avec l'outil (4, 5). Lors du moulage par injection de la pièce (7), celle-ci se relie à la partie de retenue (8) et est ainsi fixée dans le châssis de transfert (9) pour être transportée vers d'autres postes de travail. A la fin de la trajectoire de transport, la pièce moulée (7) est enlevée des éléments de retenue (8). Dans une variante, la pièce moulée est formée, directement ou avec des pièces intermédiaires, sur un câble circulant, ou bien sur des tiges montées sur un convoyeur à chaîne ou sur un câble.
