The invention relates to a device for recognizing and/or sorting fruits or vegetables, comprising means (102; 1) intended to light an object (101; 3) to be recognized and/or sorted, emitting at least one incident light beam, means (2) for recovering at least a portion of the light diffused by said object and means (fig. 9) for the analysis of said diffused light, generating an information of recognition and/or sorting representative of said object. According to the invention, said recovering means (2) comprise at least two independent optical receivers (5) which are positioned on different axes which are distinct from the axis of said incident light beam, so that the optical receivers receive distinct diffused light fluxes (203A, 20B) which correspond to portions which are at least partially distinct from said diffused light, and the analysis means (fig. 9) process independently each of said light fluxes (3203A, 203B).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de reconnaissance et/ou de tri de fruits ou légumes, comprenant des moyens (102; 1) d'éclairage d'un objet (101; 3) à reconnaître et/ou à trier, émettant au moins un faisceau de lumière incidente, des moyens (2) de récupération d'au moins une partie de la lumière diffusée par ledit objet et des moyens (fig. 9) d'analyse de ladite lumière diffusée, générant une information de reconnaissance et/ou de tri représentative dudit objet. Selon l'invention, lesdits moyens (2) de récupérations comprennent au moins deux récepteurs optiques (5) indépendants, placés sur des axes distincts et différents de l'axe dudit faisceau de lumière incidente, de façon que lesdits récepteurs optiques reçoivent des flux lumineux diffusés distincts (203A, 20B) correspondant à des portions au moins partiellement distinctes de ladite lumière diffusée, et lesdits moyens d'analyse (fig. 9) traitent de façon indépendante chacun desdits flux lumineux (3203A, 203B).
