A device for recovering and separating impurities from untreated contaminated cooling fluid of a conditioning system comprises a container having a base and an upper closure which has an inlet for untreated contaminated cooling fluid and a first outlet for vaporized cooling fluid, the base having a second outlet for impurities. A heating means inside the container heats untreated contaminated cooling fluid to a selected temperature above a vaporization point of vaporized uncontaminated cooling fluid, and a first duct system draws vaporized cooling fluid from the first outlet and feeds it to an enclosure having a heat conductive wall, and a second duct system transfers treated cooling fluid from the heating means to an external collection tank. The continuous contact of the fluid with a heat exchange surface during treatment maximizes coolant removal and thus minimizes coolant residue in the extracted impurities.
L'invention a pour objet un dispositif pour récupérer des impuretés et les séparer du liquide de refroidissement d'un système de conditionnement. Ce dispositif comprend un récipient cylindrique (1). Ce récipient est pourvu, au niveau de son sommet, d'une entrée (20) pour le mélange fluide/impuretés et d'une sortie (21) pour le fluide et, au niveau de sa partie inférieure, il comprend une sortie (22) pour les impuretés. Il comprend, en outre, un serpentin (32) positionné à l'intérieur du récipient (1) et également pourvu d'une entrée (35) et d'une sortie (36) partant et arrivant au récipient (1). Un cylindre métallique (30) est fixé à l'intérieur du récipient (1) et pourvu d'une entrée (33) et d'une sortie (34). Le dispositif comprend aussi une première conduite (40) équipée d'un compresseur (41) pour le raccordement de la sortie supérieure (21) du récipient à l'entrée (33) du cylindre intérieur (30), une deuxième conduite (50) comprenant un condenseur (51) pour le raccordement de la sortie (36) du serpentin (32) à un réservoir de collecte externe, une troisième conduite (37) pour le raccordement de la sortie (34) du cylindre intérieur (30) à l'entrée (35) du serpentin (32).
