ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to a device for reducing the risk of trans- mission errors in an information-transmitting system. The said invention is characterized in that amplifying detecting devices are provided which amplify each received signal and, when the level of the low-frequency portions con- tained in the received signal reaches a threshold value, reduce the said ampli- fication in such a manner that the said low-frequency portions do not exceed the said threshold value; and in that components are provided which prevent any information from being switched through when the level of the low-frequency portions is falling and/or rising. The invention is preferably used for rail- roads.
