The invention relates to a device for removing material to be screened from a liquid (2) flowing in a channel (1). The device comprises an inclined, rotatably driven, cylindrical sieve grate (6) which is partially submerged in the liquid and has an open front side (8) on the inflow side thereof and guide plates (15) on the inner side thereof. The device is provided with a screw conveyor (23) comprising a housing (24) and a driven conveying screw (25), the screw conveyor being coaxially arranged in relation to the sieve grate (6) and leading to a discharge point (29) outside the liquid. The screw conveyor (23) comprises a feeding hopper (19) for the material to be screened, in the region of the sieve grate (6). A fixed detaching device (16) for detaching the material to be screened adhering to a separation surface (14) inside the sieve grate (6) is provided on the outer side of the sieve grate (6), above the feeding hopper (19). The sieve grate (6) comprises a shaping carrier element (13) and a mesh fabric (7) forming a separation surface (14). The feeding hopper (19) is pierced on the bottom side. The guide plates (15) are placed against the separation surface (14) of the mesh fabric (7) in an axially parallel manner.
L'invention concerne un dispositif servant à séparer une matière de filtration d'un liquide (2) s'écoulant dans un canal (1). Ce dispositif comprend une grille de filtration (6) rotative en forme d'enveloppe cylindrique, inclinée et partiellement immergée dans le liquide, ladite grille présentant une face frontale ouverte (8) du côté de l'arrivée du liquide et des chicanes (15) sur son côté intérieur. Ce dispositif comprend en outre un système transporteur à vis (23) disposé coaxialement à la grille de filtration (6) et conduisant à un point d'évacuation (29) à l'extérieur du liquide, ce système comportant un corps (24) et une vis sans fin entraînée (25). Ledit système transporteur à vis (23) présente au niveau de la grille de filtration (6) une trémie d'entrée (19) pour la matière de filtration. Par ailleurs, un système de décollement (16) est disposé de manière fixe au-dessus de ladite trémie d'entrée (19) sur le côté extérieur de la grille de filtration (6), ce système servant à détacher la matière de filtration adhérant à une surface de séparation (14) à l'intérieur de ladite grille de filtration (6). L'invention se caractérise en ce que cette grille de filtration (6) présente un élément support (13) structurant et un tissu à mailles (7) formant la surface de séparation (14), en ce que la trémie d'entrée (19) présente un fond ajouré et en ce que les chicanes (15) sont appliquées de façon parallèle à l'axe contre la surface de séparation (14) du tissu à mailles (7).
