The present invention provides a device being used to remove syringe needle cap, which comprises a first flat body member mounted onto a second flat body member, and which the first body member having first tongues including holes formed therein for receiving a lower portion of a lever arm having holes formed at its lower portion to be connected to first body member by a first rod, and second tongues for engaging and blocking a syringe in position. Further, a body portion having at one end first tongues including holes formed therein to be connected to lever arm by a second rod, and at the other end second tongues for removing syringe needle cap.
