In a device for removing urine and/or faeces, e.g. from sick and disabled people, such substances can be easily and reliably extracted by means of a bag (1) with a frontal aperture for the sex organ or faeces which is sealed to a pipe (7, 7'), where the pipe (7, 7') is connected at the end away from the bag (1) to the suction side of a motor-driven self-priming fluid pump (9), the delivery side of which opens via a pipe (7'') into the waste pipe (13) of a wash-basin (14) or the like.

Une évacuation simple et fiable de ces substances est obtenue dans le dispositif selon l'invention, grâce au fait qu'il comporte un réceptacle (1) doté d'un orifice frontal prévu pour l'introduction de l'organe sexuel ou des matières fécales, relié de manière étanche à un conduit (7, 7'), ce conduit étant connecté, à l'extrémité opposée audit réceptacle, au côté aspiration d'une pompe à liquide (9) entraînée par un moteur, à amorçage automatique, laquelle débouche, côté refoulement, via un conduit (7''), dans le tuyau de vidange (13) d'une cuvette de lavabo (14) ou analogue.
