Device for rigidly connecting a machine element to a structural member movable about its longitudinal axis A B S T R A C T The invention relates particularly to a device for clamping a machine element, rigidly and steplessly with respect to the phase angle, at the circumference of a hollow shaft - movable about its longitudinal axis - of a printing machine, as illustrated by example of a gripper stop (1) provided on a gripper shaft (2) of a sheet-fed printing machine. Said device comprises a drawstring (5) embracing said gripper shaft (2) by forming an angle of more than 180° and being firmly connected to said gripper stop (1), a thrust piece (6) the inner side of which is adapted to suit the circumferential profile of said gripper shaft (2), and at least one clamping device (7) at which said drawstring (5) is fixed and by means of which said thrust piece (6) can be radially clamped with respect to the center-longitudinal axis (8) of said gripper shaft (2) which is movable about said center-longitudinal axis so as to perform an oscillatory movement.
