The invention relates to a device for sealing off a conduit from a line leading through the conduit. The device has a shrink collar that connects the end of the conduit with the line, with the shrink collar surrounding a cold shrink sleeve which is seated at one end on the exterior of the conduit. At its other end the cold shrink sleeve is reversed and the reversed end slides on to the end of the cold shrink sleeve which is not reversed.
