ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE DEVICE FOR SEALING AND PERFORATING A THERMOPLASTIC FILM The invention relates to a device for the sealing and perforating of a thermoplastic film folded back on itself, driven step by step, and comprising a support movable in a direction perpendicular to the film and heating means carried by the movable support. The heating means comprising two electrical sealing strips conductors of electricity. spaced from each other. Each one of the strip conductor include a part which becomes heated by the passage of an electric current. The device includes perforation means located between the sealing strips pursuant to the invention the sealing strips include a non- heating part the length of which is at least equal to the heating part and placed downstream from the heating part in the direction of displacement of the film.
