ABSTRACT A bushing which is fixedly secured to a lock case by means of pins is placed against the rotary lock cylinder outside of the door. A similar bushing is mounted on the other side of the door panel. The rotary lock cylinder is permanently centered during assembly, by means of clamping members. The bushings enable to center and protect the rotary lock cylinder over its entire length and at the front thereof.
