The invention relates to a device for separating and/ analysing several molecular targets dissolved in a complex mixture which is characterised in that it comprises a) a matrix of microcolumns, wherein each microcolumn (2) comprises an immobilised molecular probe for retaining a specific molecular target contained in the complex mixture by specific probe/target linkage, b) a first capillary network (3) for circulating the complex mixture introduced into the inventive device towards each microcolumn of the matrix defined in a), c) a second capillary network (4) for circulating, after elution, the molecular targets retained on the micro-columns towards a sensor (5) for carrying out the recovery and/or analysis thereof, and d) if necessary, a sensor (5), preferably in the form of a mass spectrometer, for carrying out the recovery and/or analysis of different molecular targets.
L~invention porte sur un dispositif permettant de séparer et/ou analyser plusieurs cibles moléculaires en solution dans un mélange complexe, caractérisé en ce qu~il comprend: a. une matrice de micro-colonnes, chaque micro-colonne (2) comportant une sonde moléculaire immobilisée susceptible de retenir une cible moléculaire spécifique présente dans le mélange complexe par liaison spécifique sonde/cible, b. un premier réseau de capillaires (3) permettant la circulation du mélange complexe introduit dans le dispositif vers chaque micro-colonne de la matrice telle que définie en a., c. un second réseau de capillaires (4) permettant la circulation des cibles moléculaires retenues sur les micro-colonnes après élution vers un détecteur (5) permettant leur récupération et/ou leur analyse, d. le cas échéant, un détecteur (5) permettant la récupération et/ou l~analyse des différentes cibles moléculaires, de préférence un spectromètre de masse.
