DEVICE FOR SPRAYING OUT MOLTEN MATERIAL IN GRANULATING TOWERS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The device for spraying out molten materials in granula- ting towers comprises the chamber with the perforated bottom, divided into isolated sections. Each of the sections is provi- ded with its own feed pipe through which the molten material is supplied, said pipes being adapted to be closed by the respective shut-off member. The melt granulating plant incor- porates a plurality of such chambers, each provided with its own pressure vessel communicated with the respective feed pipe. Molten material is fed to the pressure vessels through the common pressure tank communicated with the pressure vessels through the pipe connections featuring their inlet ends situ- ated inside the pressure tank differently as for height and adapted to be shut up by the float-operated valves. The herein- proposed device and granulating plant are capable of maintain- ing a constant rate of outflow of the molten-material streams under the conditions of variable rate of its feed for granula- ting which is instrumental in obtaining the finished product homogeneous as to granularity.
