The invention relates to a device for pivotally connecting two stabilising parts (2, 3) belonging to a fixing device for bones to a bone fixing element (1). Said device comprises at least one bone fixing element (1) with a central axis (4), an anchor part (5) designed to be fixed in or onto the bone and a head part (6) that can be attached to both stabilising parts (2, 3). According to the invention: A) the device comprises an upper and lower stabilising part (2, 3), located axially one below the other and each having a cavity (7, 8) running through the corresponding stabilising part (2, 3) coaxially to the central axis (4); B) a clamping element (9,10), which can be elastically deformed transversally to the central axis (4), is rotatably mounted in each cavity (7, 8), said element having a central bore (11, 12) running coaxially to said central axis (4) for receiving the head part (6); C) the device comprises at least one wedge or cone (13) that can be axially clamped in the central bores (11, 12), enabling the head part (6) of the bone fixing element (1) to be removably fixed in at least one of the stabilising parts (2, 3).
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour relier de manière pivotante deux pièces de stabilisation (2;3) appartenant à un dispositif de fixation osseuse au moyen d'un élément de fixation osseuse (1). Ce dispositif comprend au moins un élément de fixation osseuse (1) doté d'un axe central (4), d'une partie ancrage (5) destinée à être fixée dans ou sur l'os et d'une partie supérieure (6) reliée aux deux pièces de stabilisation (2;3). Ledit dispositif comporte également une pièce de stabilisation supérieure et une pièce de stabilisation inférieure (2;3) disposées l'une derrière l'autre dans l'axe, chacune d'elles ayant une cavité (7;8) qui traverse la pièce de stabilisation (2;3) correspondante de manière coaxiale relativement à l'axe central (4), ainsi qu'un élément de serrage (9;10) élastiquement déformable transversalement à l'axe central (4) et disposé de manière rotative dans chaque cavité (7;8), cet élément de serrage comportant un alésage central (11;12) coaxial à l'axe central (4) pour recevoir la partie supérieure (6). Le dispositif de l'invention contient au moins une clavette ou un cône (13) destiné au blocage axial dans les alésages centraux (11;12), la partie supérieure (6) de l'élément de fixation osseuse (1) étant ainsi fixée de manière libérable dans au moins une des pièces de stabilisation (2;3).
