ABSTRACT A device for the fixed assembly or mechanical reinforce- ment and anti-corrosion treatment of component elements of submerged structures, such as branch junctions, com- posed of a main element (1) and of at least one secondary element (2), one end of which is fixed to the surface of the said element (1), comprises a collar (3, 3') fas- tened to at least one of the secondary elements (2) lat- erally or at its end, the said collar being shaped so as to surround the main element (1) with some play, the collar (3, 3') and the portions of elements (1) and (2) interacting with this being set in a mass of elastic polymerized material (4).
