ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to filing cabinets for sus- pended plans. The means for the compensated guidance and graduated opening of the door comprise at least one guide arm carrying, at its free end, at least one roller sliding in a slide track fastened to the frame of the cabinet. Each arm is supported, at the entrance of the slide track, by at least one roller pivoting on a journal fastened to the frame. The guide arm is equipped with a movable stop having spring stud and pivoting on a journal and with a fixed stop . A plate fastened to the frame retains the guide arm in the slide track; this Plate has means for the graduated opening of the door which comprise an ejector pivoting on a journal a stop and a reac- tivating finger .
