A syringe encapsulation device having a melt chamber (28) heated by forced hot air to sufficient temperature to melt the plastic bodies (102) of the syringes (101), where the melt chamber (28) is coaxially mounted onto a rotating shaft (23) and rotated when the plastic is in the molten state such that the molten plastic is centrifugally driven to the outer periphery of the melt chamber (28) to safely encapsulate the needles (103) once the molten plastic has hardened.
