The invention relates to a device for the extraction of cartridges comprising an extraction head (1) with a water distributing grill (8), a tightening ring (2) with tightening ramps (17) and a seal (3) surrounding the Water distributing grill and raised in relation thereto and a cartridge holder support (14) designed to engage on the tightening ramps of the tightening ring. The water dis- tributing grill (8) comprises projecting elements (12) on its lower face while the cartridge holder support (14) comprises a cartridge holder (15) which is detachably arranged in the support, which has a frustoconical inner shape adapted to the outer shape of the cartridge to be extracted and which comprises a seal (24) on its outer rim.
