The invention relates to a device for the generation of hydrogen gas by dehydrogenation of hydrocarbon fuels, comprising a fuel reservoir (1), connected to a reactor (4) by means of a fuel line (2), to supply said reactor (4) with fuel, the reactor (4) has a first discharge (3) for recycling of residual hydrocarbons generated during dehydrogenation to the fuel reservoir (1) and optionally cooperates with a catalyst, wherein a first design is characterised in that the fuel reservoir (1) is in contact with a heat exchanger (6) by means of the fuel line (2) and the first discharge (3), the fuel is preheated by the heat exchanger (6) which may be introduced to the reactor (4) by the fuel line (2) and the reactor (4) has a heating device (5) for heating the introduced fuel to reaction temperature (TR), wherein the residual fuel generated by dehydrogenation in the reactor (4) is cooled by the heat exchanger (6) and may be returned to the fuel reservoir (1) and the reactor (4) has a second discharge (7) for the extraction of the hydrogen gas generated on dehydrogenation.
L'invention concerne un système de production de gaz hydrogène par déshydrogénation de combustibles hydrocarbonés. Ce système comprend un réservoir de combustible (1) qui est relié à un réacteur (4) par une conduite d'amenée de combustible (2) destinée à acheminer le combustible dans le réacteur (4). Ledit réacteur (4) présente une première conduite d'évacuation (3) servant à réacheminer dans le réservoir de combustible (1) le combustible résiduel produit lors de la déshydrogénation et il coopère éventuellement avec un catalyseur. Un premier mode de réalisation est caractérisé en ce que le réservoir de combustible (1) est en contact avec un échangeur de chaleur (6) par l'intermédiaire de la conduite d'amenée de combustible (2) et de la première conduite d'évacuation (3) ; le combustible préchauffé par l'échangeur de chaleur (6) peut être acheminé dans le réacteur par la conduite d'amenée de combustible (2) ; et le réacteur (4) présente un dispositif de chauffage (5) servant à chauffer le combustible acheminé à une température de réaction (TR) ; le combustible résiduel produit lors de la déshydrogénation dans le réacteur (4) et refroidi par l'échangeur de chaleur (6) est réacheminé dans le réservoir de combustible (1), le réacteur (4) présentant une seconde conduite d'évacuation (7) servant à évacuer le gaz hydrogène produit lors de la déshydrogénation.
