The invention relates to a device which is used to inject an implant (6) into tissues (50). The inventive device is characterised in that it comprises: a main hollow body (2; 2') having a hollow needle (4; 4') fixed thereto, into which the implant (6) is introduced; a secondary body (26; 26') which is disposed coaxially inside the main body (2; 2') and which surrounds the needle (4; 4'); and a plunger rod (36; 36') which can slide coaxially inside the hollow needle (4; 4'). The injection device (1; 1') is arranged such that: (i) when it is pressed against the tissues (50), the main body (2; 2') slides along the length of the secondary body (26; 26') from a proximal position to a distal position such that the needle (4; 4') can penetrate the tissues (50), whereby the movement of the main body (1; 1') is accompanied by the concomitant movement of the plunger rod (36; 36'); and (ii) the plunger rod (36; 36') remains fixed and maintains the implant (6) at the required depth in the tissues (50) until the needle (4; 4') is removed therefrom when the main body (2; 2') is returned from the distal position to the proximal position.

Dispositif d'injection d'un implant (6) dans des tissus (50), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps principal creux (2; 2') auquel est fixée une aiguille creuse (4; 4') dans laquelle est introduit l'implant (6), un corps secondaire (26; 26') disposé coaxialement à l'intérieur du corps principal (2; 2') et entourant l'aiguille (4; 4'), et une tige de piston (36; 36') susceptible de coulisser coaxialement à l'intérieur de ladite aiguille creuse (4; 4'), le dispositif d'injection (1; 1') étant agencé de façon que, lorsqu'il est pressé contre les tissus (50), ledit corps principal (2; 2') coulisse le long du corps secondaire (26; 26') depuis une position proximale vers une position distale pour permettre à l'aiguille (4; 4') de pénétrer dans lesdits tissus (50), le déplacement du corps principal (1; 1') s'accompagnant d'un déplacement concomitant de la tige de piston (36; 36'), et de façon que ladite tige de piston (36; 36') demeure fixe et maintienne l'implant (6) à une profondeur requise dans les tissus (50) jusqu'au retrait de l'aiguille (4; 4') hors desdits tissus (50) lors du retour du corps principal (2; 2') de sa position distale à sa position proximale.
