A device for the mapping of cardiac arrhythmia foci includes a catheter body (12) having a distal tip (14), and first and second point electrodes (20, 22), which are secured to the catheter body and which form a first bipolar pair of electrodes. Third and fourth point electrodes (24, 26), which are also secured to the catheter body (12) and form a second bipolar pair of electrodes. A line passing between the third and fourth point electrodes (24, 26) is within about 45 degrees of being perpendicular to a line passing through the first and second point electrodes (20, 22).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de cartographie de foyers d'arythmie cardiaque comprenant un corps de cathéter (12) ayant un bout distal (14) et des première et deuxième électrodes sous forme de point (20, 22) fixées au corps de cathéter et formant une première paire bipolaire d'électrodes.
